The Origin of Stile
Our company began in 1978 as Window Visions in Kirkland, WA. Window Visions focused on building wood windows that looked similar to popular aluminum windows but had a much nicer appearance and improved thermal performance.
Re-branding and Expanding
In 1986 Lindal Cedar Homes purchased Window Visions, and in 1989 the company was re-branded Lindal Windows. Lindal Windows built cedar windows for Lindal Cedar Homes and expanded to a larger dealer network for fir products.
New Name, Same Exceptional Quality
In April 2016 Stile Windows & Doors purchased Lindal Windows.
Many of the employees have stayed with the company through all the transitions.
